Hair loss on the top of the scalp is common in Androgenetic alopecia cases, and we see a bald patch appearing on the crown over a period of time where blood circulation to the hair follicles is less and influenced by the androgen hormones. We can’t see the bald patch unless and until we see it in a mirror or take selfie pictures of the scalp from the top or someone takes a picture and shows it to us.
